Ojos de Azores
que penetraron mi alma
de una vez
y sin miramientos.

Ojos con la nostalgia
de las historias remotas
y las voces multicolores
de los que no hablan.

Ojos perdidos del agua,
que me inquietan, indóciles,
como tu pampa
abierta y lejana.

Ojos de carnavales distantes
y de sueños cercanos
cómo hacer ante este imposible
y tratar de olvidarlos.
